Bringing natural light into attic rooms or flat-roofed buildings can be quite a challenge. Flat roof windows allow you to make full use of the roof space to brighten up the interior and give it a completely new character. The large glazed area combined with a limited number of profiles allows daylight to penetrate the rooms evenly, emphasising their spaciousness and open form. Compared to traditional vertical solutions, these windows offer up to several percent more light, which is particularly important in kitchens, bathrooms and corridors, where access to light is usually limited. The flat glass with a black steppe gives the entire system a subtle character, emphasising the roof line and blending in perfectly with the simple geometry of contemporary architecture. In addition, the possibility of personalising the frame as part of the ColourLine programme – which includes over 200 RAL Classic colours – allows for a perfect match with the aesthetics of the building, making windows not only a source of light, but also a coherent visual element of the entire project.
