A solution designed for low-pitched roofs. A combination of windows installed at an optimal angle improves everyday comfort, creating a bright space with a pleasant atmosphere. The system expands design possibilities as it enables the use of standard roof windows in places where their installation was previously impossible or limited.
Structure designed for demanding projects
The prefabricated base equipped with a layer of thermal insulation stabilises the entire system and helps maintain optimal indoor temperatures. The combination of a 12 mm thick OSB board and 100 mm thick EPS insulation ensures that the roof remains airtight and the impact of cold and moisture is minimised. The spacing between windows installed in the EFR system is 10 cm. The EFR base fittings ensure efficient water drainage from the window area, contributing to the system's tightness and durability. Installation is faster because the ready-made elements do not require additional construction work on site.
Adaptable to various arrangements
Full compatibility with FAKRO roof windows extends the range of functionality as you can choose a model that matches the energy standard, opening method or interior aesthetics. Aluminium flashing is available in three colours – anthracite RAL 7016, black RAL 9005 and grey-brown RAL 7022 – making it easy to create a harmonious look with the roof and façade. This solution is visually appealing while remaining resistant to weather conditions.
