Choose a solution that combines modern technology with everyday convenience. The DEF DU6 Z‑Wave Solar window allows the sash to open up to 12 cm and is powered by a solar panel and battery, eliminating the need for additional electrical wiring.
Controlling the window with the ZRH1 remote control in the Z‑Wave system is exceptionally comfortable, while the integrated rain sensor automatically responds to precipitation, ensuring safety. The triple‑glazed DU6 unit, featuring a toughened outer pane and a laminated inner pane with a Uw value of 0.7 W/m²K, effectively reduces heat loss in winter and protects against overheating in summer, providing year‑round thermal comfort.

Practical solutions for flat roofs

The DEF DU6 Z‑Wave Solar window is designed for installation on flat roofs with a pitch between 2° and 15°. If the roof pitch is below 2°, or if increasing the installation angle is recommended, the XRD‑A angular installation base should be used. For green roofs, gravel roofs or ventilated roofs, the XRD and XRD/W installation bases may be applied, raising the window above the finishing layers and ensuring proper water drainage. The clean, elegant form of the DEF window blends perfectly with modern architecture. The window can be equipped with internal accessories as well as an external awning blind to limit heat gain.
