Summer internships at FAKRO

The FAKRO Internship and Traineeship Programme is designed for high school and university students aged 18–30 who want to develop their professional competencies in a practical business environment. Recruitment for the summer edition takes place in May, and the programme runs from June to September. Participants have the opportunity to complete mandatory school or university internships in areas such as sales, marketing, human resources, product management and process management. During the programme, young talents support the day-to-day tasks of various teams, gain insight into the company’s structure and organisational culture, develop both soft and technical skills, and build a solid foundation for their future careers. Information on available placements and recruitment rules is provided on an ongoing basis by the HR team.

What I enjoyed most during my traineeship was the direct contact with clients from Switzerland in French and preparing offers for them. I will fondly remember the positive atmosphere in the office and the teamwork. I also had the opportunity to learn how the infrastructure of a large company operates, which I believe is a very valuable experience for understanding how a global manufacturing organisation functions.

Are you a student? Become a FAKRO Brand Ambassador – Student

Do you enjoy taking initiative, getting involved in exciting projects and developing your organisational skills? Are you at least in your second year of study and have completed your student internship at FAKRO this year? Join the FAKRO Brand Ambassador Programme! By collaborating with a large, international brand, you will gain experience in event planning, promotion, public speaking and industry networking. FAKRO student ambassadors receive company merchandise, take part in events and have a real influence on how the brand is communicated across universities.

STEP 1.

Complete an internship or traineeship

Get to know the company from the inside, gain hands-on experience and see what it’s like to work with a professional team. This is the first step toward becoming a brand ambassador.

STEP 2.

Apply by the end of October

All you need to do is express your interest and submit your application — we will contact you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3.

Orientation meeting with a questionnaire

During the meeting, we will work together to define your development path within the programme. This allows us to tailor activities to your interests and strengths.

STEP 4.

Active participation in promoting the FAKRO brand

As a Brand Ambassador, you will co-organise events, represent the brand among students, deliver presentations and engage in social media activities. Let yourself be seen and build your experience!
