The EZV‑FT Thermo _X03 flashing is the right‑end module that closes window combinations installed in flat roof tiles and roofing with a profile height of up to 45 mm. It provides a uniform, watertight finish of the arrangement and ensures proper drainage from the outer edge of the combination. The Thermo insulation layer enhances the overall thermal performance of the assembly. The EZV‑FT _X03 module closes the combination in an aesthetic and harmonious way, enabling the creation of larger, multi‑module roof‑glazing layouts with a cohesive line and a modern appearance
Assistance with installation
The installation of the EZV‑FT Thermo _X03 flashing is quick and straightforward — the left end module adapts to the windows and to flat roof tiles with a profile height of up to 45 mm, making it easier to precisely finish the combination and securely position the last window. The construction ensures a consistent connection line and reduces the amount of finishing work required. The thermal insulation increases the tightness and durability of the assembly. The flashing is suitable for combinations installed on roof pitches between 15° and 90°.
Uniform roof aesthetics
FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.
Flat tile
The flashing designed for flat tiles enables a tight connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of this type of covering. The specially designed construction facilitates installation, improves aesthetics and effectively protects against water and snow. This system solution ensures durability, reliability and a consistent roof line, blending in perfectly with modern architecture.
A design refined in every detail
The EZV‑FT Thermo _X03 flashing consists of the upper, lower and side elements, as well as the frame side covering profiles. The bottom element, lined with a sealing compound and factory‑connected with the frame bottom covering profile, ensures a tight fit to flat roof tiles. The module is equipped with a drainage gutter and sealing wedges that protect the joints from debris. The Thermo version includes an additional thermal‑insulation layer that enhances the performance of the connection. The _X03 module closes the combination on the right side, providing durability and an aesthetically finished end to the arrangement.
Thermo flashing
The Thermo version of the flashing features an additional layer of thermal insulation made of flexible insulating material, which tightly adheres to the frame and creates a closed thermal insulation frame. This solution improves the heat transfer coefficient by up to 15%, depending on the window type, and reduces the formation of thermal bridges and heat loss.

Three installation depths
FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
