Do I need to register to use the FAKRO CONNECT app?
No. If you only want access to installation instructions, videos and news updates, you can use the app without logging in. Registration is required only if you want to collect points and participate in the loyalty programme
How does the points system work, and who receives the points?
Points for scanning QR codes (from products or instructions) are added to the account of the company owner. Employees assigned to the team scan the codes, and the points are automatically credited — without the need for separate accounts. The owner can later exchange these points for rewards
Where can I find the QR codes to scan?
QR codes are located directly on FAKRO products or in the installation manuals. The product code is typically placed in a visible spot on the label or data plate, while the manual code is found on the first page of the document.
What benefits do I have as a registered user of the app?
After registering, you gain access to the loyalty programme, the ability to collect and exchange points, and direct contact with your regional supervisor as well as specific FAKRO departments (service, training, programme support). You also receive priority access to training sessions and the ability to carry over points to the next year.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app allows access to installation instructions even in offline mode. This means that even in locations without network coverage, you can check the information you need and continue your work comfortably.
