EZV-AT Thermo _X00

The flashing designed for corrugated roofing ensures a tight and durable connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of tiles or profiled sheet metal. This universal solution can be used with all types of roofing with a profile of up to 45 mm. The system design effectively drains water and protects against snow and dust, while harmoniously blending in with the aesthetics of the roof, emphasising its consistent line.

The EZV-AT Thermo _X00 flashing consists of four basic elements: bottom, top and two side elements, as well as the frame side covering profiles. The bottom element is factory-connected to the profile covering the bottom of frame, which greatly facilitates installation. The Thermo version has been additionally enhanced with flexible insulation material that tightly wraps around the frame, creating a thermally insulated frame. The flashing is equipped with sealing wedges that protect against dust, leaves and snow, as well as a drainage gutter that effectively drains condensation from the initial covering foil outside the window. This guarantees a durable and aesthetic connection between the window and the roof surface.

The Thermo version of the flashing features an additional layer of thermal insulation made of flexible insulating material, which tightly adheres to the frame and creates a closed thermal insulation frame. This solution improves the heat transfer coefficient by up to 15%, depending on the window type, and reduces the formation of thermal bridges and heat loss.
