With the EZV-A _X00 flashing, the roof window creates a seamless, airtight seal with the roof, resistant to rain, snow, and gusts of wind. The system design, together with factory seals, protects against leaks, guaranteeing durability for years to come. Installation is quick and easy, saving the roofer’s time and ensuring a reliable result. The flashing is designed for tiles, profiled sheet metal and other roofing materials with a profile height of up to 45 mm. Available in three colours – anthracite (RAL 7016), grey-brown (RAL 7022) and black (RAL 9005) – it allows the aesthetics of the window to be perfectly matched to the roof surface.

Assistance with installation

The installation of the EZV-A _X00 flashing is quick and easy – the system components fit perfectly to the window and roofing, which facilitates the roofer's work and eliminates the risk of leaks. It is designed for single window installation as standard, but is also available in modular versions that can fitted in combinations. The installation range covers roofs with pitches from 15° to 90° (N, V) and 20° to 90° (J), making it suitable for most roof structures.

Uniform roof aesthetics

FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.

Corrugated roofing

The flashing designed for corrugated roofing ensures a tight and durable connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of tiles or profiled sheet metal. This universal solution can be used with all types of roofing with a profile of up to 45 mm. The system design effectively drains water and protects against snow and dust, while harmoniously blending in with the aesthetics of the roof, emphasising its consistent line.

A design refined in every detail

The EZV-A _X00 flashing consists of four basic elements: a bottom element, a top element, two side elements, and the frame side covering profiles. The bottom element, finished with a flexible apron 165 mm long, is glued from below with a plastic compound, which allows for a durable and tight connection with the roof covering. The flashing is equipped with sealing wedges that protect against dust, leaves and snow, as well as a drainage gutter that effectively drains condensation from the initial covering foil outside the window. This guarantees a durable and aesthetic connection between the window and the roof.

Three installation depths

FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
