With the ESV _X00 flashing, the roof window becomes an integral part of the roof – tight, safe and resistant to water, snow and wind. The system design and factory seals guarantee no leaks. The solution is suitable for flat roofing materials such as roofing felt, bitumen shingles, flat sheet metal or slate, and installation is quick and easy. There are three colours to choose from – anthracite (RAL 7016), grey-brown (RAL 7022) and black (RAL 9005) – ensuring a consistent match with FAKRO windows and the roof surface. This guarantees tightness, warmth and aesthetics for years to come.

Assistance with installation
The installation process of the ESV _X00 flashing is simple and quick – the system components fit precisely to the window and roofing, which facilitates the roofer's work and minimises the risk of leaks. It is designed for single window installation as standard, but is also available in modular versions for horizontal, vertical and block combinations. The installation range covers roofs with pitches from 15° to 90° (N, V) and 20° to 90° (J), making it suitable for most roof structures.
Uniform roof aesthetics
FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.

The flashing designed for flat roofing ensures a tight and aesthetic connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of roofing felt, bitumen shingles, flat sheet metal or slate up to 10 mm thick (2 layers of max. 5 mm each). With its precise design, it guarantees reliable protection against water and wind, while maintaining the visual integrity of the roof, emphasising its uniform form.
A design refined in every detail
The ESV _X00 flashing consists of four main elements: bottom, top and two side elements, supplemented with the frame side covering profiles. The bottom element is glued with a plastic compound on the underside, which allows for permanent adhesion to the roof covering and ensures high tightness of the connection.

Three installation depths
FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
