The lead apron fits precisely to the surface of the roofing, reducing the risk of leaks. The flashing is universal – it works not only on corrugated roofing with a profile of up to 45 mm, but also on flat or plain tile roofing, ensuring a durable and secure connection between the window and the roof.
Uniform roof aesthetics
FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.

The set consists of upper, lower and side elements, as well as a drainage gutter, sealing wedges, hooks and a tile support strip. The lower element with a lead apron adapts to the roofing, ensuring a tight seal. The flashing design facilitates quick installation and guarantees an aesthetic fit of the window in the roof slope.

Three installation depths
FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
