The flashing designed for thin plain tile roofing ensures a tight connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of bitumen shingles or slate up to 10 mm thick (2x5 mm). Its precise construction effectively protects against the ingress of water, snow and dust, while emphasising the aesthetic line of the roof. This system solution guarantees durability, reliability and compatibility with popular plain tile roofing.

The ELV-T Thermo AX00 flashing is designed for flat plain roofing (bitumen shingles, slate with a total thickness of up to 10 mm – 2 layers of 5 mm each). It consists of a bottom, top and side elements, the number of which depends on the window height, as well as the frame side covering profiles (PKBO). The bottom element, glued with a plastic compound, adheres tightly to the roof covering, and the factory-fitted drainage gutter effectively drains condensation from the initial covering foil outside the window. The Thermo version is equipped with additional insulation material, which creates a thermal insulation frame around the frame, improves the heat transfer coefficient by up to 15% compared to the standard version, and reduces the risk of thermal bridges.

The Thermo version of the flashing features an additional layer of thermal insulation made of flexible insulating material, which tightly adheres to the frame and creates a closed thermal insulation frame. This solution improves the heat transfer coefficient by up to 15%, depending on the window type, and reduces the formation of thermal bridges and heat loss.
