The EBV _X01 flashing is the left end module that opens a horizontal combination of windows installed in “click” metal panel roofing. Thanks to its precisely designed and manufactured components, it enables the creation of combinations that provide an aesthetic integration of the window with the roofing and ensure effective water drainage away from the window area.
The EBV _X01 module forms the starting point for larger combinations, allowing the design of wide window arrangements that fit modern panel roofs and enhance the functionality of the loft space. The flashing is available in three colours — anthracite (RAL 7016), grey‑brown (RAL 7022) and black (RAL 9005) — making it easy to match with the roof and FAKRO windows.
Assistance with installation
The EBV _X01 flashing streamlines the installation of a roof window in combinations, as its components are precisely matched to both the window and the standing‑seam metal panel roofing. As the right end module, it initiates the combination, defines the correct installation line and makes positioning the first window easier. Thanks to this, the installation process is smoother and the risk of leaks is significantly reduced. It is designed for combinations installed on roof pitches between 15° and 90°.
Uniform roof aesthetics
FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.

The specially designed construction allows for quick and aesthetic installation without the need for complicated flashings. A design refined in every detail
The EBV _X01 flashing is designed for roof window combinations installed in standing‑seam metal panel roofing. It consists of the top element, bottom element, central gutter and frame side covering profiles. Additionally, it is equipped with a drainage gutter that directs moisture from the vapour‑permeable membrane away from the window area.

Three installation depths
FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
