Terrace window FOP-V P50 APMX
This modern window from the GREENVIEW range has been designed with maximum functionality and user comfort in mind. The FOP‑V P50 APMX model combines two independent opening modes – top hung and pivot – providing easy access to daylight and fresh air. The top hung function allows the sash to be opened up to 45°, enabling comfortable outward viewing and effective room ventilation. The pivot function facilitates safe cleaning of the external pane without the need to step onto the roof. The handle located at the bottom of the sash offers two levels of micro‑ventilation, making it ideal for everyday use. The window design has been profiled to match the lower element of the terrace window set, allowing the creation of access to a terrace or balcony.

Acoustic and thermal comfort all year round
The 44 mm thick P50 triple-glazed unit and thermoPro technology ensure high thermal insulation and stable temperatures throughout the year. The Uw coefficient is 1.1 W/m²K when using the EHV-AT Thermo flashing, helps reduce energy consumption and lower heating costs. Flexible seals improve window tightness and minimise the risk of thermal bridges. Very good sound insulation ensures quiet even in noisy surroundings and makes outside noise less bothersome.

Natural wood and durable finish
The window is made of the highest quality pinewood, vacuum impregnated and coated with a clear acrylic varnish. The natural finish emphasises the elegance of the interior, and the modern anthracite-coloured flashing (RAL 7016) blends in perfectly with the roofing, creating a visually coherent effect that emphasises the aesthetics of the entire building. The automatic air inlet allows a constant supply of fresh air without the need to open the sash, improving ventilation quality and comfort year-round.

P50 glazing unit
The 44 mm triple-glazed unit is designed to provide high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation. The toughened outer pane, laminated inner pane, argon filling and acoustic film help improve everyday comfort. When combined with the Thermo flashing, the complete window achieves a thermal transmittance value of Uw = 1.1 W/m²K.
External cladding
The external cladding was designed in cooperation with the Institute of Industrial Design. Its modern, minimalist form emphasises the aesthetics of the window and harmonises with the roof line. The anthracite colour (RAL 7016) fits perfectly with current architectural trends. The colour consistency of the cladding, accessories and flashings creates a harmonious, elegant set that is resistant to weather conditions.
Internal finish
Carefully selected pinewood, vacuum impregnated and coated with a clear acrylic varnish, emphasises the natural character of the wood. This makes your interior cosy, warm and elegant. The finish is durable and resistant to everyday use, maintaining its aesthetic appearance for many years.
Handle
The handle located at the bottom section of the sash ensures convenient and natural window operation. It allows for easy opening, tilting and closing, and thanks to the micro-opening function,the handle provides safe and controlled ventilation of the interior. For larger models (over 98 cm wide), two handles are used, making the sash easier to operate and ensuring a smooth, tight closure.
preSelect switch
The preSelect® switch allows you to quickly switch the sash opening mode from top hung to pivot or the other way round. It is located on the side of the frame, allowing you to conveniently change the window function without having to open it. The top hung mode provides natural ventilation and comfortable interior lighting, while allowing you to freely enjoy the view. The pivot function facilitates window cleaning and full access to the window.
Glass
The P50 glazing unit combines features that support durability, security, and user comfort. The toughened outer pane helps increase resistance to damage, while protection against hail damage is covered by a lifetime warranty in accordance with its terms and conditions. The internal P2A class laminated glass increases safety by reducing the risk of injury in the event of breakage and makes it more difficult to force the window open during a break-in attempt. An additional acoustic film improves sound insulation, and the easy-to-clean coating makes cleaning the outer glass easier.
Air inlet
The air inlet used in the window automatically adjusts the amount of air supplied depending on wind strength, limiting excessive gusts and noise. This ensures effective ventilation of the room while maintaining silence and optimal acoustic and thermal comfort. The air inlet protects the interior from excessive moisture and promotes a healthy microclimate.
