Flashing EZV - F _X00 for flat tiles

The EZV-F _X00 flashing is a modern solution for roof windows installed in flat tiles. Thanks to its specially designed construction, it guarantees a perfect fit to the roof surface, effectively protecting the interior from rain, snow and wind. The extended lower element without a lead apron ensures an aesthetic appearance and a durable seal. The reinforced structure increases resistance to deformation, e.g. under the weight of snow. The flashing is available in three colours – anthracite (RAL 7016), grey-brown (RAL 7022) and black (RAL 9005) – making it easy to match roofs and FAKRO windows.

Assistance with installation

The installation process of the EZV-F _X00 flashing is quick and easy – specially designed components fit precisely to the window and flat roof tiles, facilitating the roofer's work and ensuring a tight seal. Designed as standard for single window installation, it is also available in modular versions that can be fitted in combinations. The installation range covers roofs with pitches from 15° to 90° (N, V) and 20° to 90° (J), making it suitable for most roof structures.

Uniform roof aesthetics

FAKRO flashings in standard anthracite (RAL 7016) perfectly match the current colour trends in roofing. Black (RAL 9005) and grey-brown (RAL 7022) variants are also available upon request. The availability of three colour options allows the flashing to be matched to the window and roofing, creating a coherent and aesthetically pleasing look.

Flat tile

The flashing designed for flat tiles enables a tight connection between the roof window and the roof surface made of this type of covering. The specially designed construction facilitates installation, improves aesthetics and effectively protects against water and snow. This system solution ensures durability, reliability and a consistent roof line, blending in perfectly with modern architecture.

A design refined in every detail

The EZV-F _X00 flashing for flat roof tiles consists of a bottom, top and side elements, as well as the frame side covering profiles. The factory connection of the bottom element with the frame bottom covering profile and the elimination of screws in the upper part of the flashing speed up installation and improve the aesthetics of the finish. The flashing is equipped with sealing wedges that protect against dust, leaves and snow, as well as a drainage gutter that effectively drains condensation from the underlay film outside the window.

Three installation depths

FAKRO flashings allow for window installation at depths N, V and J. They are designed for installation at height V (0) as standard. On special request, we can manufacture flashings adapted for installation at height N (+3 cm) or J (–3 cm), ensuring a perfect fit to the roof surface.
