Wooden-aluminium windows

The combination of solid, laminated wood on the inside with aluminium cladding on the outside creates a structure that combines the comfort of natural material with the durability of solutions used in modern architecture. Profiles with thicknesses of 68, 78 and 92 mm allow INNOVIEW windows to be selected for standard projects and large glazing, while maintaining the rigidity and stable operation of the sashes. The interior gains a pleasant, refined wood look, while the façade becomes resistant to rain, sun and temperature fluctuations. The user receives a premium window that requires minimal renovation and remains aesthetically pleasing for many years.

Energy-efficient glazing

The use of single, double and triple chamber glazing units with thicknesses ranging from 24 to 64 mm allows for the construction of a partition featuring very good insulation parameters, with Ug coefficient rated up to 0.3 W/m²K. This arrangement reduces heat loss through the largest surface area of the window, resulting in a more stable indoor temperature and reduced heating system load. In practice, rooms cool down less in winter and are better protected from overheating in summer, especially with large glazing typical of the INNOVIEW line. The extensive range of glazing units also allows for the selection of solutions with enhanced sound insulation or increased glass safety.

Design freedom that adapts to architecture

The possibility of using three profile thicknesses, various wood species and many aluminium colours creates a wide range of customisation options for INNOVIEW windows. Architects and investors can combine large formats, multi-pane structures and unusual shapes without compromising on performance parameters. The interior is given a natural frame in a selected shade of wood, while from the outside, the frame can match the aluminium joinery, the colour of the façade or architectural accessories. This flexibility allows the window to be treated not only as a technical element, but also as an important detail within the overall building design.

Comfort of use and precision of operation

Smooth sash operation

Tilt-and-turn mechanisms operate smoothly even with large sashes, as the fittings are designed to support up to 150 kg as standard, up to 200 kg in the tilt-and-turn version, and up to 300 kg in the turn-only version, which corresponds to configurations with thick glazing units. This design maintains a stable movement path, and the sash does not sag or lose its tightness after years of use.

Premium class components

The locking elements and handles used are made of abrasion-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life. The locking points are distributed around the entire perimeter, improving pressure and reducing the risk of structural play during intensive window operation.

Structure protection in all conditions

Weather-resistant aluminium

Aluminium cladding creates a tight protective panel that resists contact with water, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. Aluminium does not deform or react to moisture, which stabilises the wooden profile and eliminates the need for periodic renewal of external coatings.

EPDM triple seal system

A system of four peripheral seals made of EPDM and TPE maintains high tightness at a level found in energy-efficient structures. The material remains flexible at different temperatures, maintaining the window's tightness even under large temperature fluctuations.

Acoustic comfort and interior space quality

Acoustic insulation based on thick glazing units

The 36–64 mm thick glazing unit options provide enhanced noise reduction, especially in configurations with acoustically laminated glass. This solution reduces the penetration of urban noise and improves the comfort of use in buildings located on busy streets.

Natural wood aesthetics from the inside

The interior surface is made of high-density solid wood, which introduces a natural character to the interior and raises the finishing standard. The material is selected for its visual quality and, combined with a wide range of varnishes, allows for the creation of consistent and elegant arrangements.

Handle

The handle is made of durable aluminium and is adapted to the fittings system, ensuring stable pressure and comfortable sash operation. Its mechanism works with multi-point locking, improving the tightness and security of the window. The handle’s shape is ergonomic, and the finish is selected to harmonise with the profile and colour of the joinery.

Interior colours

The internal surfaces of the profiles can be finished in a wide range of colours, including both transparent varnishes that highlight the wood grain and opaque coatings in uniform colours. The coatings are UV and abrasion-resistant, ensuring durability and colour stability in everyday use. The colour is selected individually for each type of wood in order to preserve its aesthetics and visual consistency in the interior.

Exterior colours

The aluminium cover is available in a wide range of RAL colours and anodised options. The coating is resistant to UV, moisture and temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for external maintenance.

Material

The window structure is made of laminated wood, providing dimensional stability and resistance to deformation. The raw material is dried to the appropriate moisture content, ensuring its performance many years. The wood is selected for quality and density to minimise the risk of warping or twisting of the profiles.

Fittings

SIEGENIA fittings are designed to work with 68, 78 and 92 mm profiles and heavier glazing units. The system uses multi-point locking and mushroom roller cams, ensuring stable sash pressure and higher burglary resistance (optional RC2). The components are made of steel with an anti-corrosion coating, increasing their durability in conditions of variable humidity. The fittings offer multi-dimensional adjustment, allowing for precise sash positioning during installation and operation.

Aluminium cladding

Aluminium cladding is available in three stylistic variants, which differ in profile geometry and the way they shape the external appearance of the window. SOFT is a rounded line with a soft profile that visually warms up the façade. MODERN features a simpler, more expressive form that suits modern, geometric buildings. PURE is a minimalist, flat cladding that creates a uniform frame effect, ideal for architecture with very simple details.

Profiles

The profiles are available in three thicknesses: 68, 78 and 92 mm, which allows the structure to be adapted to thermal requirements and window sizes. Thinner profiles are suitable for standard applications, while thicker variants allow for the installation of larger glazing units and improve the rigidity of large glazed surfaces.

Threshold

Balcony doors are equipped with a low aluminium threshold, which facilitates passage and improves everyday comfort. The threshold design is resistant to damage and weather conditions, ensuring long-term durability in the area most exposed to wear and tear. The low height eliminates the barrier at the balcony entrance, creating a practical and aesthetic connection between the interior and exterior space.

Inter-pane spacer

The TGI spacer separates individual panes in the glazing unit and maintains a constant distance between them, which has a significant impact on the insulation properties of the window. It is made of a material with low thermal conductivity, thus reducing energy loss at the edges of the pane and reduces the risk of water vapour condensation.

Seals

Windows are equipped with a four-component EPDM and TPE seal system (two seals on the frame and two seals on the sash), ensuring stable air and water tightness in various operating conditions. The seals remain flexible over a wide temperature range and are resistant to ageing, UV radiation and deformation resulting from profile movement.

Hinges

SIEGENIA system hinges enable stable guidance of heavy sashes and are designed for intensive use. Their three-way adjustment allows for easy sash positioning and maintaining the correct pressure on the frame. Steel components are corrosion-resistant, ensuring smooth operation and resistance to deformation. Available variants include standard and concealed hinges for a more aesthetic finish and improved rebate tightness.
