Smoke sensor OSD 23
The OSD 23 optical smoke detector is used for early detection of fire in the smouldering phase, reacting to the presence of visible smoke even before the appearance of fire or an increase in temperature. The device effectively identifies the fire hazard and transmits a signal to the control panel, activating the entire smoke extraction system. It operates with high precision, detecting changes in the air before a fire develops.

Reliable smoke detection in challenging conditions
The OSD 23 is resistant to changing environmental conditions — analogue compensation for temperature, pressure and humidity fluctuations minimises the risk of false alarms. The detector covers an area of up to 40 m², making it an ideal solution for stairwells, corridors and smaller shared spaces. Integrating the OSD 23 with a smoke extraction control unit ensures that FSP smoke ventilation windows are activated immediately when smoke is detected.
