It assists in folding and unfolding the ladder, making the loft ladder operation easy, safe and effortless. The LXM-W unloading mechanism is a solution that significantly increases the comfort of using wooden loft ladders. It is compatible with 3- and 4-sectional loft ladders such as the LWK Plus, LTK Energy, LWT, LWT Passive House, LWF 60, LWE Energy Efficient and LWT Super Thermo. The mechanism can be mounted on the right or left side of the ladder – on the opposite side to the LXH handrail – allowing for flexible adjustment to the room layout and user preferences.
