Thermal comfort and airtightness
The thermally insulated sandwich hatch, filled with polystyrene and finished with HDF boards on both sides, helps reduce heat transfer through the ceiling opening. A U-value of 1.0 W/m²K and Class 4 airtightness help limit uncontrolled airflow between the heated room and the cooler loft.

Anti-slip steps
