LMF 60 360 Fire-Resistant Loft Ladder
The metal ladder is designed for high rooms where stable loft access and enhanced fire protection are required. The loft ladder can be installed in rooms up to 360 cm high, while the folding 3-section ladder with 16 steel steps provides secure and stable access to the loft.

Fire protection
The fire-resistant sandwich hatch, finished with HDF boards on both sides and filled with stone wool, helps limit the spread of fire from the room side. The EI1 / EI2 60 fire resistance rating provides protection for up to 60 minutes under the conditions specified for the product.

Fire-resistant hatch
The sandwich hatch is finished with HDF boards on both sides and filled with stone wool to support fire protection from the room side. With a hatch thickness of 8.5 cm and 7.9 cm of thermal insulation, it combines fire protection with reduced heat transfer.
Metal ladder
The 3-section steel ladder provides stable access in taller rooms. With 16 steps, a maximum load capacity of up to 200 kg and an Umbra Grey RAL 7022 finish, it combines durability with a clean, well-finished appearance.

The telescopic handrail with an assisted folding and unfolding mechanism makes the loft ladder more comfortable to use in rooms up to 360 cm high. The additional handhold is particularly useful when climbing down from the loft.

The unloading mechanism assists with folding and unfolding the metal ladder, which is longer in versions designed for taller rooms. This makes everyday operation easier and reduces the effort required from the user.
Anti-slip steps
Steel steps with an anti-slip profile provide a more secure footing when using the ladder. Each step is 34 cm wide and 8 cm deep, helping you place your foot securely when climbing up and down.
Triple sealing system
Three seals in the frame help reduce airflow through the ceiling opening. Combined with the thermally insulated hatch, they help limit heat loss between the room and the loft.
