Simple installation, noticeable effect
Natural light entering through the SRZ light tunnel is transmitted into the building interior via a special light transmitting tube. The ceiling section of the light tunnel consists of a prismatic diffuser, a frame and a cover made of durable ABS plastic with a matt white finish. The cover is very easy to install – it is enough to slide it into the frame for an aesthetic ceiling finish and quick installation. In addition to illuminating the interior with daylight, the SRZ light tunnel can serve as a lamp. An additional SLO light kit can be installed to use the lighting after dark.

Glass
The upper section of the SRZ light tunnel features durable, 4 mm thick toughened glass, which ensures tightness and resistance to external factors. Mounted in an aluminium profile, it effectively protects against precipitation, wind and dirt. The glass transmits light naturally and evenly, without any loss of quality. The flat finish of the light tunnel blends harmoniously with the architecture of both historic and modern buildings.

External cladding
The external cladding of the light tunnel provides durable protection of the structure against water, wind and changing weather conditions. Made of corrosion‑resistant sheet metal, it features an integrated flashing that ensures a watertight connection with the roof surface without the need for additional mounting elements. The black RAL 9005 finish blends harmoniously with modern roofing materials, giving the light tunnel an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Light transmitting tube
There is a rigid light transmitting tube inside the light tunnel, whose aluminium surface is covered with a coating that reflects up to 98% of light. The length of the light transmitting tube is 210 cm for sizes 250 and 350, and 180 cm for size 550 due to the lack of SRK elbows in the set. This allows sunlight to be effectively transmitted over long distances – up to 12 metres when using SRM extension modules. The mirror-like design ensures that the light is directed precisely and without dispersion, reaching where it is most needed – regardless of the shape of the attic.

Diffuser
The interior of the light tunnel is closed by a diffuser mounted in the ceiling, which is responsible for the final appearance of the light in the room. Its task is to distribute the rays evenly – without sharp shadows and spot reflections. Easy installation and the possibility of integration with the SLO LED light kit make this element also suitable for use in the evenings, offering aesthetic and functional lighting for the room.
