The SRH light tunnel is installed directly in the roof with pitches from 15° to 60° and high profile roofing up to 120 mm. Once installed, it requires no power supply or daily maintenance. It works automatically – sunlight passes through the glass, goes through the light reflecting tube and enters the interior, enlivening the space. As a result, the room is illuminated with soft, diffused light that creates a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. In addition, the tube is sealed with special tapes that block light leaks, ensuring maximum light efficiency and protecting the interior from dust ingress.

Quick installation and lasting effect – with no structural modifications
The design of the SRH light tunnel is adapted to roofs with varied geometry and a high roofing profile – up to 120 mm. It features an integrated flashing that ensures tightness and stability even during heavy rainfall or strong winds. The ceiling section of the light tunnel, consisting of a frame, diffuser and cover, provides an aesthetically pleasing finish to the ceiling and is easy to install – simply slide the cover into the frame and lock it by turning it. Additionally, it is possible to install the SLO light kit, which allows the light tunnel to provide artificial lighting even after dark.

Glass
The upper section of the SRH light tunnel is equipped with durable 4 mm thick toughened glass, set in an aluminium frame resistant to external factors. It protects the interior from rain, snow, wind and dirt. The toughened glass guarantees safety and does not require frequent maintenance, ensuring years of trouble-free operation. The flat finish of the light tunnel blends in perfectly with the aesthetics of both traditional and modern buildings.
Light transmitting tube
The interior of the SRH light tunnel conceals an aluminium tube with an exceptionally high light reflection coefficient of up to 98%. It is responsible for effectively transmitting sunlight from the roof into the room. Its shiny surface directs light exactly where it is needed, regardless of the length of the route or the shape of the attic. The length of the light transmitting tube is 210 cm for sizes 250 and 350, and 180 cm for size 550 due to the lack of SRK elbows in the set. The light transmitting tube can be extended up to 12 metres using SRM modules.
External cladding
The external cladding of the light tunnel provides durable protection of the structure against water, wind and changing weather conditions. Made of corrosion‑resistant sheet metal, it features an integrated flashing that ensures a watertight connection with the roof surface without the need for additional mounting elements. The flashing, available in anthracite RAL 7016, grey‑brown RAL 7022 or black RAL 9005, blends harmoniously with modern roofing materials, giving the light tunnel an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Diffuser
The SRH light tunnel system is completed by a ceiling diffuser, which provides the final touch to the light entering the interior. This element gently distributes the rays, eliminating harsh shadows and spot reflections. One glance is enough to appreciate its aesthetics – the cover's matte white finish complements any ceiling type. The diffuser can also be equipped with the SLO light kit, which takes over the lighting function after dark, providing complete control over the lighting 24/7.
