The light tunnel dome is made of stabilised polycarbonate, which is highly resistant to UV radiation and mechanical damage. It protects the light transmitting tube from weather conditions and allows for effective light penetration. Precise profiling ensures the integrity of the entire structure and ensures trouble-free operation for many years.

The rigid, 2.1 m aluminum light transmitting tube is coated with a silver-based reflective coating, allowing for 98% light reflection. Its interior is mirror-like, directing each ray of light downward with exceptional precision. In practice, this means significantly more light in the room than one might expect from a small roof opening. It is also possible to extend the tube using dedicated modules to the maximum recommended length. The light tunnel is available in two sizes: 350 mm and 550 mm in diameter.
