Natural light improves well-being and increases the functionality of any room. The SFS light tunnel is designed for flat roofs with 2×5 mm roofing. It is an effective solution for interiors where it is impossible to install windows. It allows for the illumination of bathrooms, corridors, pantries, storage rooms and technical rooms, significantly improving their functionality.
Efficient interior lighting
Natural light has a positive effect on concentration, relaxation and effective interior design. A flexible light transmitting tube with a diameter of 350 or 550 mm efficiently transports sunlight to a diffuser mounted in the ceiling, which illuminates the room evenly. When equipped with the SLO light kit, the light tunnel can also function as a standard lamp after dark.
Aesthetic appearance and easy installation
The light diffuser mounted in the ceiling subtly and evenly distributes natural rays, eliminating the risk of glare. Its stylish finish and modern form harmonise with both minimalist bathrooms and more traditional spaces such as hallways and corridors. The SFS light tunnel is suitable for roofs with pitches from 15° to 60°. Integrated flashings facilitate quick and tight installation, while clever design without mechanical components ensures many years of maintenance-free use.

Glass
The upper section of the SFS light tunnel features 4 mm thick toughened glass, which ensures durability and resistance to adverse weather conditions. Set in a solid aluminium frame, it effectively protects the interior from rain, wind and dirt. The design of the glass allows daylight to pass through freely, without distortion or loss of intensity. The flat shape of the skylight makes it a stylish addition to both classic and modern roofing.
Light transmitting tube
The main part of the SFS light tunnel is a flexible light transmitting tube, which is responsible for effectively directing sunlight from the roof into the interior of the room. Its multi-layer structure, characterised by a high reflection coefficient, ensures effective light transmission to the diffuser located in the ceiling. The flexible design of the tube allows it to easily bypass structural elements of the building, which greatly simplifies installation, even in areas with limited access. Thanks to this solution, interiors are naturally lit throughout the day, without the need for frequent use of artificial light. The 210 cm long tube can be extended using additional SLM modules – up to a maximum recommended length of 400 cm for a tube with a diameter of 350 mm and up to 600 cm for a diameter of 550 mm.
Diffuser
The lower section of the SFS light tunnel, visible inside the room, is equipped with an elegant ceiling diffuser that effectively distributes daylight, creating bright and even lighting. The diffuser with a matt white cover eliminates glare and unsightly shadows, providing soft and comfortable light. In addition to its functional role, the diffuser is a subtle decorative element that blends harmoniously with the interior design. What is more, it is possible to install the SLO light kit, allowing the light tunnel to serve as a source of light even after dark.
