The SFL light tunnel provides access to natural light during the day in rooms where vertical windows cannot be installed. The flexible light transmitting tube effectively transmits sunlight to the diffuser in the ceiling, evenly illuminating the interior. The use of the SLO light kit allows the light tunnel to function as a standard lamp even after dark, significantly improving the everyday comfort of the room. This practical solution transforms the light tunnel into a versatile light source, eliminating the need for additional lamps.
Perfectly suited to your roof
The SFL light tunnel with a flexible light transmitting tube is equipped with an integrated mounting flange, specially adapted for flat plain tile roof coverings. This design not only simplifies installation, but also ensures a tight and durable connection. The ceiling part of the light tunnel consists of a prismatic diffuser, a frame and a cover, made of durable ABS plastic with a matt white finish. The ceiling cover is easy to install – simply slide it into the frame and lock it by turning it, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing ceiling finish and quick installation. The flexible light transmitting tube allows for bypassing structural obstacles, which reduces installation time by eliminating the need to interfere with the roof truss system.

Glass
The upper section of the SFL light tunnel features durable 4 mm thick toughened glass, which ensures high tightness and resistance to weather conditions. Set in an aluminium frame, it effectively protects the interior from rain, wind and dirt. Its design allows for natural and even light transmission without distortion or loss of intensity. The flat form of the light tunnel blends in perfectly with both modern and traditional architectural styles.
Light transmitting tube
The key element of the SFL light tunnel is a flexible light transmitting tube that effectively transfers daylight from the roof to the interior of the building. Its reflective, multi-layer inner surface reflects the sun's rays, directing them downwards onto the ceiling diffuser. Thanks to its flexible design, the tube can easily bypass structural obstacles, significantly simplifying installation and enabling installation even in hard-to-reach areas. This solution guarantees optimal brightness indoors throughout the day, while contributing to reduced electricity consumption. The 210 cm long tube can be extended using additional SLM modules – up to a maximum recommended length of 400 cm for a tube with a diameter of 350 mm and up to 600 cm for a diameter of 550 mm.
Diffuser
The finishing element of the SFL light tunnel system on the interior side is a ceiling diffuser, which gently distributes light throughout the room. Its prismatic shade eliminates sharp contrasts and spot reflections, providing soft, uniform lighting. The diffuser also serves an aesthetic function, being a visible element of the interior design. It can be equipped with an additional light source - the SLO light kit, which allows the lighting to be used in the evening and at night.
