The system provides uniform, natural lighting for interiors regardless of the time of day. Sunlight passes through a transparent dome and is directed through a flexible light transmitting tube into the building. The inner surface of the tube reflects light, effectively redirecting it into the room. It then reaches a diffuser in the ceiling, which distributes it evenly throughout the space, creating a friendly, bright atmosphere – without sharp contrasts or spot reflections. This solution is suitable for both private homes and public buildings.

Dome
The outer element of the set is a transparent dome made of weather-resistant material. Its shape has been optimised for effective collection of sunlight, and its rounded form allows for quick water drainage and minimises dirt accumulation. Resistance to UV radiation and strong winds guarantees long-term durability.
Light transmitting tube
The set includes a flexible tube with a length of 210 cm and a high light reflection coefficient. Its flexible design allows it to be easily routed through the roof structure without the need for complicated modifications. The tube is equipped with special sealing tapes that prevent light leakage and dirt from entering the interior. It can be extended with additional SLM modules – up to a maximum recommended length of 400 cm for a tube with a diameter of 350 mm and up to 600 cm for a diameter of 550 mm.
Diffuser
The ceiling-mounted diffuser directs light into the room, ensuring its even distribution without sharp contrasts or spot reflections. The matt, prismatic surface gives the light a soft character, which improves the aesthetics of the interior and ensures high comfort of use. It is possible to install an additional light source - the SLO light kit - to supplement natural lighting after dark.
External cladding
The external cladding of the light tunnel provides durable protection of the structure against water, wind and changing weather conditions. Made of corrosion‑resistant sheet metal, it features an integrated flashing that ensures a watertight connection with the roof surface without the need for additional mounting elements. The flashing, available in anthracite RAL 7016, grey‑brown RAL 7022 or black RAL 9005, blends harmoniously with modern roofing materials, giving the structure an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
