The prefabricated dormer installed in the roof combines functionality with an elegant form, giving the attic a new character, full of light and space. Three roof windows in the lower part provide optimal lighting and ventilation of the interior, while the upper surface, aesthetically finished with sheet metal, creates a harmonious roof line. This design increases the functional space of the room and emphasises the modern character of the building. The entire structure is finished in the elegant RAL 7016 colour, which blends in perfectly with most roofing materials and contemporary façades.
