Prefabricated dormer EDD-E

The prefabricated dormer  installed in the roof completely transforms the attic space, introducing more light and space. The use of four roof windows – two in the lower row and two in the upper row – makes the interior brighter, more comfortable and functional. The structure increases the functional area of the room, while emphasising the modern aesthetics of the building. As standard, the dormer is adapted for windows measuring 78x118 cm, with options available for 94x118 cm or 114x118 cm.

Durable structure and easy installation

No crane is required for installation process, which allows for efficient installation even by one person. The EDD-E design is suitable for roofs with pitches from 35° to 70° and is fully compatible with FAKRO accessories, both external and internal, allowing for personalisation of the appearance and functionality of the attic. The entire structure is finished in an elegant RAL 7016 colour, which blends seamlessly with most roofing materials and contemporary façades.
