The entire window has a heat transfer coefficient rated at 0.95 W/m²K, ensuring very good thermal insulation.

The window structure is based on a frame made of white PVC profiles (RAL 9010) with a multi-chamber design, filled with insulating material. As a result the frame is highly resistant to moisture and cleaning agents, which makes it ideal for rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or laundry rooms. The entire structure is durable and requires no regular maintenance, and its light colour scheme makes it easy to match with a variety of interior designs.

The factory-fitted AMZ Z-Wave awning blind under the glass segment, with white fabric (RAL 9010), is a simple way to protect the attic from excessive heat – it blocks the sun's rays before they reach the glass, reducing the interior temperature up to 8 times more effectively than internal blinds. The radio control system ensures convenient operation using a wireless remote control – just one click is enough to cover or uncover the window, providing full control over the amount of light entering the room. In addition, the Z-Wave system allows for easy integration with Smart Home solutions.

The integrated electric drive operating in Z-Wave technology ensures comfortable everyday use, enabling convenient remote operation with both a remote control and a wall switch. The sash can be opened to 120 mm, allowing for effective ventilation. The durable construction of the mechanism ensures a long service life, and the possibility of integration with home automation further enhances user comfort.

When rainfall is detected, the ZRD rain sensor mounted on the window sash sends a signal to the actuator, triggering the automatic closure of the roof window. The rain sensor is a practical, convenient solution that increases safety and comfort in everyday use. It is maintenance-free, requires no programming and effectively protects the interior from flooding, even when the occupants are away.
