The single-chamber P2 glazing unit features an internal P2A laminated glass, providing a basic level of protection against forced entry. The external toughened glass is covered by a lifetime hail resistance warranty, increasing the level of safety and reliability even in difficult weather conditions. The entire window has a heat transfer coefficient rated at 1.2 W/m²K, ensuring good thermal insulation.

The window structure is based on a frame made of white PVC profiles (RAL 9010) with a multi-chamber design filled with insulating material. As a result, the frame is highly resistant to moisture, which makes it ideal for rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or laundry rooms. The entire structure is durable and does not require regular maintenance, and its light colour scheme makes it easy to match with a variety of interior designs.

The window is equipped with a ZWS12 electric actuator, which ensures smooth and quiet opening and closing of the sash. The device operates in a wireless WiFi system, which allows for remote control using a mobile app. The maximum sash tilt is 12 cm, ensuring effective room ventilation. The robust design of the actuator guarantees reliable operation and a long service life, while the option of integration with home automation systems increases the comfort of everyday use.

When rainfall is detected, the ZRD rain sensor mounted on the window sash sends a signal to the actuator, triggering the automatic closure of the roof window. The rain sensor is a practical, convenient solution that increases safety and comfort in everyday use. It is maintenance-free, requires no programming and effectively protects the interior from flooding, even when the occupants are away.
