Designed to replace or modernise existing windows in flat roofs without the need to alter the entire roof structure. Its main task is to provide ample natural light and improve the insulation, tightness and functionality of windows in buildings previously equipped with older window or skylight models. Its special design allows for installation on existing bases, significantly reducing installation time. The DEA G53 Z-Wave Solar renovation skylight provides very good thermal and acoustic insulation, high comfort of use thanks to remote control and a rain sensor, as well as durability and aesthetic appeal.

Modern design and durability for years to come

The minimalist design of the DEA G53 Z-Wave Solar renovation skylight blends seamlessly with the roof surface, while the elegant blackened glass and flat form emphasise its modern look, adding to its overall design. The external profile covering the sash is made of aluminium. The multi-chamber window frame is made of durable PVC profiles and is highly resistant to changing weather conditions. The internal profiles in white RAL 9010 perfectly match modern interiors. The external aluminium finish of the window is available in three universal colours: RAL 9005 (black), RAL 7016 (anthracite) and RAL 7022 (grey-brown), perfectly matching current architectural trends.

Convenient control and safety

This flat roof renovation skylight combines modern design and ease of use. The DEA G53 Z-Wave Solar model allows the sash to be opened by 25 cm and is powered by a solar panel and battery, so no additional electrical system is required. Operating the skylight via a remote control in the Z-Wave system is extremely convenient, and the integrated rain sensor automatically reacts to rain, ensuring safety. The double-chamber G53 glazing unit provides a thermal insulation coefficient of Uw = 1.5 W/m²K, while for the skylight with the installation base, Urc is 1.1 W/m²K, reducing heat loss in winter and protecting against overheating in summer, ensuring year-round thermal comfort.

Versatility and ease of installation

The DEA G53 Z-Wave Solar model is designed for installation on flat roofs with pitches from 0° to 15°. It can be installed on new and existing bases, making it ideal for renovations, adaptations and replacement of older skylights. It is perfect for residential buildings as well as warehouses and industrial halls. Its design allows for quick removal of the sash and screwing the frame to the base through factory-installed mounting holes, simplifying installation.

The sash is made of durable aluminium, offering high resistance to corrosion and changing weather conditions. It is available as standard in black RAL 9005, anthracite RAL 7016 and grey‑brown RAL 7022. The darkened glass provides visual consistency, while the robust construction ensures stability and safe operation. The sash works with an electric actuator that allows an opening of up to 25 cm, providing effective room ventilation. The flat glass surface promotes efficient water drainage, and the precisely designed profile geometry further increases the amount of natural light entering the interior.

Installation on existing base

Windows can be installed directly onto existing bases, without the need to remove the roof structure. This reduces the scope of work, minimizes the risk of damage to the roofing, and speeds up the entire replacement process.

Resistance to weather conditions

Glazing units featuring toughened glass combined with an internal pane rated P2A increase resistance to impact and weather conditions. The construction meets high load standards, ensuring stability and safe operation over many years.

Larger glazed area

Specially designed profiles make it possible to achieve a larger glazing area compared to standard solutions. More natural light enters the interior, enhancing the functionality of spaces beneath flat roofs.
