Sash

The sash of the WGI access roof light is equipped with a peripheral seal that improves the unit’s airtightness. Thanks to the flap‑type construction opening upwards and the integrated gas spring, lifting the sash is light and effortless, while the mechanism securely holds it in the open position.
Glass
The access roof light features a single-chamber glazing unit or insulated glass, with the outer glass toughened offering increased resistance to impact and hail. This design increases safety and improves insulation compared to single glazing. The glazing illuminates the interior, which is particularly important in dark rooms without additional light sources. The glass is durable and resistant to weather conditions, reducing the risk of damage and leaks.
Gas spring
The gas spring assists in lifting the sash and stabilises it in the open position, eliminating the risk of accidental closure.
