The frame of the DRG P2 access roof light is made of white, multi-chamber PVC profiles (RAL 9010) filled with thermal insulation material. It guarantees resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations, and its smooth surface facilitates cleaning. The DRG P2 model features top hinges that allow the sash to be opened up to 80° (90×90 and 100×100 cm) or 60° (90×120 and 120×120 cm), ensuring comfortable and easy access to the roof.

Ready for installation in various conditions
The DRG P2 access roof light is designed for installation in roofs with pitches from 2° to 15°, making it a versatile choice for both modern residential and commercial buildings. The product is delivered complete and ready for installation without the need for additional adaptation work. For surfaces requiring a change in the installation angle, an additional XRD-A frame can be used to increase the angle by 3 degrees. Thanks to the optional 15 cm high XRD-W base, installation is also possible on green roofs, gravel roofs or roofs with a thicker insulation layer.
Sash
The sash of the DRG P2 flat roof window has been designed with maximum functionality and user safety in mind. Equipped with gas springs, it opens smoothly and remains stable in the raised position, facilitating safe access to the roof and protecting against accidental closing. Specially selected hinges allow for a wide opening angle of up to 80°, ensuring comfort and full freedom of movement. The window is also fitted with a white steppe – an aesthetically finished external frame element in white – which enhances its modern appearance and blends perfectly with flat roof designs, adding an elegant and minimalist character to the structure.
Glazing unit P2
The DRG P2 model uses a single-chamber P2 glazing unit, providing both high thermal insulation and effective protection. The outer toughened glass is resistant to mechanical damage and changing weather conditions, while the inner laminated glass (class P2A) creates a burglar-proof barrier and protects against breakage. Thanks to the P2 glazing unit, the DRG P2 access roof light achieves a low heat transfer coefficient rated at Uw = 1.0 W/m²K, which significantly reduces heat loss and supports the energy efficiency of the building.
Frame
The access roof light frame is made of solid, multi-chamber PVC profiles in white (RAL 9010), filled with a material that enhances thermal insulation properties. The material used is highly resistant to moisture and detergents, making the access roof light ideal for rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or laundry rooms. The opening mechanism is maintenance-free and easily adapts to different interior designs.
Gas springs
The system assisting in opening and closing the sash is based on gas springs. Their task is to facilitate the operation of the access roof light. This allows for safe use without the risk of the sash falling spontaneously during windy weather or accidental movement of the structure.
