Flat access roof light DRF DU6
Designed for maximum usability, the DRF DU6 model ensures safe access to flat roofs and effectively illuminates the rooms below. It is ideal for spaces where traditional vertical windows cannot be installed, but roof access is required. The triple-glazed unit and carefully designed construction ensure comfortable operation throughout its entire service life. In addition, the access roof light is equipped with a ZBR lock to prevent unintentional closure of the sash.

The DRF DU6 access roof light comes with hinges situated in its upper section, allowing the sash to open wide – up to 80° in sizes 90x90 cm and 100x100 cm, and up to 60° in sizes 90x120 cm and 120x120 cm. This facilitates easy access to the roof without having to bend over or worry about limited range of motion. The stability of the structure is supported by gas springs that keep the sash in the open position, while non-slip covers on the profiles improve grip during exiting. The solutions used increase safety of everyday use regardless of weather conditions.

Suitable for various roof types
Designed for flat roofs with pitches from 2° to 15°, the DRF DU6 access roof light offers a wide range of applications across a wide range of building types. For surfaces requiring a change in the installation angle, an additional XRD/A frame can be used to increase the angle by 3 degrees. The XRD/W installation base allows the access roof light to be raised, enabling its installation on green or gravel roofs. The access roof light is suitable for residential buildings as well as commercial and industrial facilities.
Glazing unit DU6
The access roof light features a DU6 double-chamber glazing unit with a heat transfer coefficient rated at 0.5 W/m²K, with an internal P2A class glass. This configuration provides effective interior protection against mechanical damage and unauthorised access. The external toughened glass is covered by a lifetime hail resistance warranty, making the product ideal for applications exposed to changing weather conditions.
Frame
The access roof light structure consists of a frame made of durable, multi-chamber PVC profiles in white (RAL 9010). The profiles are filled with a material that improves the frame's insulation properties. The PVC material is highly resistant to moisture and cleaning agents, making it suitable for installation in bathrooms, laundry rooms and other rooms with high humidity. The entire structure is maintenance-free and blends in well with a variety of interior styles.
Gas springs
The system assisting in opening and closing the sash is based on gas springs. Their task is to facilitate the operation of the access roof light. This allows for safe use without the risk of the sash falling spontaneously during windy weather or accidental movement of the structure.
